What is the difference between the memory foam model and the hybrid model?

The main difference is in their construction. The memory foam model is entirely made up of layers of high-quality foams, offering a conforming feel that relieves pressure points. The hybrid model combines high-quality foams with a supportive coil system, providing targeted support and enhanced pressure relief. Many sleepers find that the hybrid offers better pain relief, especially for the back, hips, and shoulders. Your choice will depend on your personal comfort and support preferences.

How much weight will the mattress support?

All Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are designed to support up to 950 pounds. If you or your sleep partner weigh more than 300 pounds—and prefer more substantial support—you can check out the Titan Plus Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding here.

Are your mattresses flippable?

Most Brooklyn Bedding mattresses should be rotated every 6 to 8 months but never flipped (or inverted). Our mattresses are designed with comfort layers on top and support layers on bottom, including individually encased coils in hybrid models. We also use higher quality materials that last much longer than traditional mattresses. The exceptions to the “no flip” rule are the Plank Firm and Plank Firm Luxe mattresses by Brooklyn Bedding. These mattresses are designed with varying firmness levels on either side of the mattress and can be flipped to customize your sleep experience.

What type of foundation works best for this mattress?

Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are designed to be used on foundations with solid support with minimal to no flex. This includes slatted wood or metal foundations with slats no more than 5" apart, wood or metal box foundations, and solid wood or metal platforms. If you need a foundation for your new mattress, check out our foundations specifically designed for Brooklyn Bedding mattresses here.

How does the 120-night trial period work?

If during your 120-night sleep trial (which begins once you receive your new mattress), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to return it, we will help dispose of your mattress and help you begin your return. 

Please allow 30 days to laps from the date of delivery before beginning the return process.

Customers are able to make use of this 120-night comfort trial on one occasion. The second occasion is not eligible for a return.

Please note: there is a $99 return fee for all mattress returns to cover the cost of picking up your mattress. We do our very best to donate, recycle, or otherwise repurpose all returned mattresses.

Do your mattresses have any safety certifications?

Every Brooklyn Bedding mattress is assembled in our Arizona facility, allowing us to ensure the highest quality every single time. Our mattresses are GREENGUARD Gold Certified and made with CertiPUR-US certified foams, which guarantees they are made without any harmful chemicals including ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and have extremely low impact on indoor air quality.

"I didn't know that a mattress could be this comfortable! It is soft and firm at the same time. In otherwords, it is supportive where it needs to be while feeling soft and cozy all over. And the cooling benefits of this mattress can not be overstated! The topper is very cool to the touch and a huge benefit to hot sleepers like myself. Sitting on the edge of

"Sitting on the edge of the bed is a challange, the bed is soft, so there isn't enough support there to hold me. I ordered the med to hard bed, it is very soft, softer than I would have choosen if I could have tested it in a shop. However, in spite of those things listed, I find that I am sleeping better on this bed, in fact I'm sleeping very deeply than i did on my old bed. I have fibromyalgia and this bed lets me not have any pressure points. I recommend it anyone who wants a better sleep."

My sheets from my old mattress doesn't fit the copper flex properly (corner pockets to deep). Sheets look loose because the mattress is not as thick as my old mattress. I was hesitant to order

"I was hesitant to order a bed online; I wasn't sure if the bed was going to be firm enough for my preference as a stomach sleeper and soft enough for my husband - a side sleeper. Pleasantly, this mattress is the perfect combination. I don't sink into it too much while lying on my stomach. The response is great! I don't feel like its hard to get off of the bed. I wanted a bed that felt like I was on a pillow top, but still firm enough that I felt like I was laying on top of the mattress. This is it. the description said that this was medium firm, I'd say that is accurate, but on the softer side. If you're looking at this, and thinking that it might be too firm, I wouldn't worry. This is a soft bed that offers alot of support. The pillow have been amazing as well. We got the Latex and downfeather pillow, both are amazing!"

"So far it has been a very good experience. Both my wife and I are sleeping longer without the nagging body aches we have both been experiencing.
