Do your sheets fit a mattress taller than 11"?

These sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 15” tall. All other sheet sets offered by Brooklyn Bedding are designed to fit mattresses with a low profile of 11” to a high profile of 15”—while remaining snug and maintaining a smooth appearance.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us (opens in a new window) with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

What is your warranty on sheets?

"The sheets are nice quality, but I’m really disappointed they don’t fit our bed properly. I bought these king sized sheets bc we have a king sized Brooklyn Bedding Mattress (no pillow top) and they fit as if the mattress is several inches thicker. We’re swimming in these extremely loose sheets so it’s a horrible fit. I expected them to fit the king mattress perfectly considering they are from the same company. Feels like a waste of money bc I need an appropriate size. Giving it a 3 star instead of 1 star rating bc the quality is nice."

"I was very disappointed due to the size of the bottom sheet. Deep pockets to me mean that they fit 18” plus. We have adjustable frames that raise your head and legs and I’d be afraid of tearing the sheet. I called to complain and they told me someone would be in touch. Didn’t happen."
