Do your sheets fit a mattress taller than 11"?

These sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 15” tall. All other sheet sets offered by Brooklyn Bedding are designed to fit mattresses with a low profile of 11” to a high profile of 15”—while remaining snug and maintaining a smooth appearance.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

What is your warranty on sheets?

We offer a generous 1 year warranty on all sheets defects. For additional details, please contact our support team.

What is the best way to launder your sheets?

"I recently ordered these King Sized Sheets. We received them on Friday and I couldn't wait to try them out! I read the care instructions and followed everything to the tee. They are not what I expected a $100 pair of sheets would be. Only good thing is it fits my Brooklyn Bedding Mattress. They are rough to touch. . (Instructions said not to use fabric softener and are so wrinkled. I'm not sure if they soften up but I'm going to give them a week or so. The next priced sheets are $160!+. I'm just so disappointed. . . I waited close to 3 weeks and now this. ."

I slept on the sheets

"I slept on the sheets for almost a week and took them off and went back to my old ones. They are scratchy compared to bamboo sheets and I find them to be hot. I wouldn’t recommend them to people that like soft sheets that are breathable, and I apologize for a non positive review."
