"Prices if very good quality mattresses our outrageous! We have a 9 year old very firm great quality mattress that is still in fantastic shape. It has been covered & has had different memory foam pads on it for many years. The mattress has finally “breaking in” but still too firm for hip joints when side sleeping. We wanted to purchase a long lasting deep springy & cushiony topper. The 3” latex talalay fit the bill. The time between production & delivery was a little long, but the pad was worth it. This is not a cheap buy, but it will outlast and keep its shape for much longer than most memory foam toppers. Our goal was to buy a pad that will be the last one we’ll need for this mattress until a future date when we’ll be ready to spend on a brand new mattress, maybe not as firm as the one we have now :) ."
Poor customer service & shipping
"So far, very poor customer service. Was looking forward to having this topper in place for a surgery. Website said 3-7 days to ship. 8 business days later, and still nothing from the company. They did charge me immediately though - not like most companies which bill on shipping. No incentive to be timely with fulfillment. Horrible customer service dept- messaged in their website twice, then emailed - just asking for ETA - but no response. Called during their hours & first time got answering machine (left msg). Second time, got someone, but extremely unhelpful. Just vague "ships in 3-7 days, and its been 8, so should ship soon". What good is that???"

"I bought the medium firmness. At first I thought it was too firm, but as I have been sleeping on it I think it is just right. I am primarily a side sleeper and sometimes back and it is perfect. It just took some breaking in."

We added this mattress topper to our brand new Costco purchased Kirkland Stearns & Foster firm mattress. I would give it five stars if it were easier to return to try the softer version. The mattress arrived on time and even though the cardboard box was pretty beat up the mattress was well wrapped and in great condition. Minimal off gassing. Odor and cover staining
"Comfortable but the smell is strong and won't go away for weeks. The smell rubs off on everything it touches and airing it out is taking forever. Also, when we washed the organic cotton cover the black color on the bottom stained the cover and completely washed out, it went from black to light gray and the white cover became grayish. Would not recommend or buy again."
