Shipping Policy
We provide FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all products to all contiguous U.S. States (48 states, excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Orders ship within 5-7 business days but your order may experience delays through the carrier.
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska starts at $125 per mattress, $45 for accessories. Shipping to Canada is done via DHL and starts at $550 per mattress, $65 for accessories. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are non-refundable.
If you'd like to inquire about alternative shipping destinations, please call us or fill out the form on our contact page. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to get my order?
Mattress production times may take between 7-10 business days. We will send you a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Due to overwhelming transportations demands, arrival times may vary. Once your package has left our facility, you can check the status of your package by viewing the tracking information online, or contacting the carrier directly with questions or concerns.
My tracking number does not work?
We create tracking numbers in advance and it can take 24-48 hours for a tracking number to activate. Once FedEx/UPS receives and ships the package, the tracking number will activate.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we now offer FedEx International shipping to Canada. Shipping starts at $550 for a single mattress. For a custom quote or different quantity, please call or contact us.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
We do not. We believe it's an expensive add-on that is not necessary with compressed mattresses.
