Once your eligibility is confirmed, the discount will automatically apply to your entire shopping cart.

You can load all of your product selections to your shopping cart, then simply click the ID.me button on the checkout page.

To use the “confirm your enrollment” option.

Select “upload documentation,” and upload acceptable documentation showing your status.

NOTE: If your verification is unsuccessful, you may be prompted to try another verification method. You will also receive an email describing why verification was unsuccessful, with guidelines for next steps.

To be valid, all documents must clearly indicate your full name, your occupational title, and show employment for the current school year.

• Classroom Teachers can use: a state-issued educator certification, a teacher ID card, or a verification letter from a school administrator (on official letterhead, signed by an administrator).
• Principals & Assistant Principals can use: a state-issued educator certification, a school staff ID card, or a verification letter from a school administrator (on official letterhead, signed by an administrator).
• School Employees can use: a state-issued educator certification, a school staff ID card, or a verification letter from a school administrator (on official letterhead, signed by an administrator).
• College/University Professors can use: a teacher ID card, or a verification letter from a school administrator (on official letterhead, signed by an administrator).

NOTE: If your name has recently changed, and the name you submit does not match the name in your document, please provide one of the above documents and a document that shows your name change (for example, a marriage certificate or legal name change document). Combine both documents into one file for upload.

It depends on the verification option you choose. Sometimes, you will be verified in just a few minutes; if a manual review of your document is needed, it may take longer.

Once ID.me has reviewed your documentation, you will receive an email indicating whether or not your status was verified, and guidance for next steps if verification was unsuccessful.
