"Absolutely love this mattress! My wife is a hot sleeper, so a cool mattress was our #1 requirement. This mattress sleeps so much cooler than our old spring mattress. It's extremely comfortable as well. My wife is mostly a side sleeper and I sleep on my back, wide and stomach at times. Works great for any position in my opinion. Came in a box and inflated really quick. We slept on it several hours later. Within a couple nights we knew we'd be keeping it!"
"There was no invoice/packing slip with the package and no follow up except for asking for a review. I've wondered if I even got the right mattress because the cooling feature seems nonexistent. It still gets hot, I bought a cooling comforter, and now I feel like I need to now buy a cooling mattress cover, which for the $$ is super disappointing. It is super soft and comfy though."
"The company is outstanding and swapped out the mattress after 30 days as the plank was too hard for me. Picked the Aurora luxe for its cooling capabilities, which it is terrific. I got the extra pillow top and it made it a tad too soft, but overall I’m very happy with it. This is my 3rd experience purchasing a mattress from this company and customer service is outstanding"

"I’m finding the Aurora Luxe Cooling mattress to be just what I needed; I’m sleeping better and waking up with less body aches. I opted for the soft version and its cradling comfort has me looking forward to bedtime. I’m not so sold on the basic foundation that I ordered. It’s hard squared edges cause difficulty in tucking in the bedding without bruising the fingers, and the wood slats provided appear to be wrenched from a pallet."
"Great quality mattress. Only downside was the softness. Had read online that you should go up one firmness level than you think because they make them soft and I should have listened. Would absolutely buy again but one firmness level up. Quality makes it feel like a mattress that lasts a decade."
"I ordered the Aurora Luxe Cooling, initially when I laid on it, I was afraid it would be too soft but it’s perfect. Im a side sleeper and on this mattress I sleep so well and so deep, I no longer wake up in the morning with lower back tenderness or aches in my shoulders and hips. This mattress cradles you but at the same time supports where it’s needed. Also, great customer service, they honored a sale price that came out after I ordered my mattress, I emailed them and they quickly responded with the discount. The delivery was fast and there was only a slight chemical odor when I unpacked it which dissipated quickly, didn’t even need to open a window. My daughter also bought the mattress recommended for stomach sleepers and she loves it too. Im so happy with this mattress and highly recommend a Brooklyn Bedding mattress."
