Are your pillows washable?

All of our pillow covers are washable. Simply remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend only spot cleaning the pillow insert.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

"Elegant products and packaging, however, I had an allergy reactions to the pillow. Despite the setback, It is good to know if you are a side, back or stomach sleeper so Brooklyn Bedding can fulfill your restful needs appropriately. Monitor how you naturally sleep, whether upset, tired or plain restful; it makes a difference. Brooklyn Bedding makes nice sleep products. the pillow(s) just didn't work out."

I chose this pillow after

"I chose this pillow after searching for the best side sleeper pillow. I find the pillow is a bit small for a queen size, too high or too much loft and a bit too firm. Like one other reviewer it hurts my ear as I sleep on my side. It’s a little more expensive than some of the others that I’ve recently purchased. I wouldn’t recommend it and I gave it to my wife who sleeps on her back mostly and she likes the extra height. Otherwise, I would return it. The photo I’ve enclose shows the Brooklyn bedding pillow on the top and a preferred comparable queen size. Taladay foam pillow below. This pillow retails for about $170 plus tax, but I got it on a 30% discount for Memorial Day sale. Unlike the pillows, I purchased this pillow and it came compressed in a wrapping tube instead of a box like the pillows I eventually purchased. That discourage me from returning it as I would never be able to get it back into the wrapping."

"Love love this pillow. This is the 3rd pillow I bought so I can keep it at my father’s when I visit. The only thing I don’t like is the new cover,, I know i know really a cover?? Really love this pillow, I

"Really love this pillow, I purchased the high loft. I am a side sleeper and have had neck and shoulder pain for years. This pillow, when I double it up on the edge supports my head and neck better than any other pillow I have tried. I was using a 3” yoga block with a thin pillow on top before this - which is what my chiropractor recommended…. . this pillow is much more comfortable!"

"I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this pillow, but after a few week of use I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. I purchased the low fill and use it alone when I’m sleeping on my stomach. I also use it along with a high fill pillow when sleeping on my back."

The solid Talalay Latex Pillow

"The solid Talalay Latex Pillow provides great support so no more shoulder or neck pain, but if I lay on one side too long the outside of my ear has pressure pain (pain goes away within a few minutes though). I may try the shredded latex next time, but it sure is nice not having to fluff the pillow with the solid Talalay Latex Pillow. We are enjoying the quality of sleep we are getting with theses pillows."

"Love the pillow. The surface feel is perfect for me and the ability of the pillow to regain its shape every time you lift your head off the pillow is fabulous! Never have to turn the pillow over to get the support I need. Just as an FYI - I use a CPAP machine and I have never felt more comfortable sleeping."

"It got the smallest pillow but it’s still too thick so that it causes a stiff neck for me. Not sure why since I’m an average size person. The actual construction I love. It does not get hot like some pillows I have tried."

"I ordered 2 of these pillows with our new bed. I always sleep with the thicker pillows so I ordered the thick ones. After about a week, my neck and shoulders were killing me. I ordered the thin pillow and it was perfect. Only problem now is my wife has stolen the thin pillow. . . . . Definitely recommend."
