"We tried another mattress from another company and had a lump in the middle within 60 days. My husband weighs under 300 pounds and is 6’4” tall Tried to find a mattress for a large larger person. The mattress is super comfortable yet firm. Time will tell within the sleep trial if it’s as quality as it fills now, I will be super happy."
"As of right now I like the mattress. However when I physically spoke to customer service they did not explain the time frame needed to allow the mattress to expand. "As soon as it comes out of the shrink wrap it inflates" at no point in time dis it say for full inflation wait 48-72 hours. Therefore I was unable to allow that process and was only able. to. give it the minimum requirement."

"Upgraded from a Sleep Number bed we have had for 10 years due to surgeries and other issues. We have had the bed for two weeks and it gives so much more support and comfort compared to the Sleep Number bed we had. "When our bed arrived, fedex was not very gentle with it to say the least. I connected with customer support because I was not sure how to handle it, especially if it had damaged the mattress. The person we spoke to was AMAZING. She explained how they handle things like this, walked me through possible ways they handle things, and when it turned out that the fedex handling did cause a small rip in the decorative seam of the mattress she was all over it, giving me options upon options of how they will help me fix it. Even to the point of offering us an entirely new mattress if we wanted. I was floored with her customer service and how above and beyond they went for us. It is a great plus that the bed is comfy too! The edges are not as firm as i was expecting, but honestly no complaints from me. This won’t be the last mattress we get from these folks!"
