Sleeping is one of the most important things that we do each day. Sleeping allows us to recharge for the next day, as well as allows our body to do repairs. Insomnia can prevent you from falling asleep, which is known as sleep onset insomnia. Or there is the type where you wake up multiple times during the night and do not get enough sleep. No matter what type of insomnia you may have, you are probably not getting enough sleep. You may notice that you have dark circles under your eyes, or have difficulties in staying awake during the day. If you notice any of these symptoms, you may want to check with you doctor and see what he, or she, recommends.

If it is not getting you enough support you may wake up several times during the night to reposition. Mattresses are designed to last you anywhere from six to ten years, depending on how well you take care of it. If you keep a mattress longer than that, you are definitely not getting the support you need while you sleep. This is when you will wake up with aches and pains and feel like you have not slept well in quite a while.
