If during your 120-night sleep trial (which begins once your mattress has been delivered), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to return it, we will help dispose of your mattress and help you begin your return.
Please allow 30 days to expire from the date of delivery before processing your return.
Customers are able to make use of this 120-night comfort trial on one occasion. The second occasion is not eligible for a return.
Please note: there is a $99 return fee for all mattress returns.

If during your 120-night sleep trial (which begins once your mattress has been delivered), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to purchase another Brooklyn Bedding mattress, we will help make this possible.
You may either: (1) Place a return, then when you have received your refund, you may then place a new order on a different mattress model. Or: (2) You may place a return and immediately order a new mattress and wait (typically 3-4 business days) for the refund to be processed. Please note: there is a $99 return fee for all mattress returns.
Please note that shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are non-refundable.
