Top notch! The way a business should be run! Went there to arrange the exchange of a mattress we bought last month. Not because of any problem with the product, just that we had picked a firmness that wasn't suited to us. We weren't questioned for a moment, just “when do you want the replacement delivered?” Absolutely fantastic customer service! Totally recommend this business when you, or anyone you know needs a new mattress.
