Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors and pillows can be returned 30 days after the date of purchase for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors or pillows, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on foundations and adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.
Brooklyn Bedding offers a 10-year warranty for mattress defects; a 1-year warranty for sheets defects; and a 3-year warranty for pillow and mattress protector defects. Foundations come with a 3-year limited parts replacement warranty. Adjustable bases come with a 2-year limited parts replacement warranty. - Easy care duvet cover: wash in warm water, no bleach, tumble dry low.
- Weighed blanket insert: spot clean only with mild detergent.
- Remove both the duvet cover and weighted blanket from the enclosed packaging.
- Turn the duvet cover inside out so that all 12 ties are visible.
- Match the 12 weighted blanket loops, end to end, to the 12 ties of the duvet cover.
- Loop each tie and knot to secure.
- Reverse the duvet cover and choose your comfort level: ultra cozy or ultra cool.
