What is the difference between a protector and an encasement?

A mattress protector slips onto the mattress like a fitted sheet. A mattress encasement encloses the entire mattress, typically using a zipper enclosure, to provide 360° protection for your bed. Our Deep Pocket Mattress Protector is uniquely designed to fit any mattress depth, from a low profile 8” to a high profile 21”. 

Are your mattress protection products hypoallergenic?

Yes, both our mattress protectors and mattress encasements are designed to be both easy care and hypoallergenic.

Are your mattress protectors and encasements washable?

Yes, all of our mattress protectors and encasements are machine washable. Simply machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

Will the mattress protector reduce breathability of the mattress?

While our mattress protectors and mattress encasements are constructed from highly breathable materials, some styles may have a slight impact on the overall breathability of your mattress—a small trade-off for superior protection against allergens and fluids.

Do you offer mattress protection specifically sized for RV mattresses?

At this time, we offer mattress protectors and mattress encasements in traditional mattress sizes only.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

How thick of a mattress can this Terry cloth protector be used on?
Hi Frank, the mattress protector can be used on a mattress up to 14 inches thick.
Is the King size cover sold out or does the Cal King fit the Aurora King mattress?
The King size mattress protectors are currently out of stock, but should be back in stock in the next couple of weeks.
Does the mattress protector make the bed sleep warmer. We purchased a terry cloth waterproof protector off of amazon and we lost the cooling effect we were so excited out...
The protector we have is designed to be breathable so you can still enjoy the cooling properties of the mattress.
Does this mattress cover sleep hot? I have the Purple (brand) cover and I sweat even when it is very cool at night. Took it off, no problem.
