What is The Frame's weight limit?

During testing, the Brooklyn Bedding Frame has supported up to 2,500 lbs without showing any signs of wear and tear.

Will The Frame creak, rattle, or make noise?

No, our frame’s design ensures perfect silence. The polymer resin in the frame absorbs contact pressure and acts as a complete sound muffler—actively working to eliminate sound.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

Please Note: No returns or exchanges will be offered on clearance items.

What is your warranty on The Frame?

We offer a generous 3 year limited parts replacement warranty. For additional details, please contact our support team.

Do I need anything else besides The Frame and mattress?

Yes, the frame requires a foundation or box spring before the mattress can be added. The mattress cannot be placed directly onto the frame.

Is The Frame completely stable?

Yes, our frame offers complete “seat-edge support,” meaning both a completely stable base for your mattress and a prolonged life for your mattress.

What is your return policy on The Frame?

We offer a generous 30 day return on all foundations for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

While the frame was super

"While the frame was super easy to assemble, I find it provides inadequate support for having something like a bunkie board instead of a box spring. I was able to make it work well enough by overlapping the two pieces a bit so that one of them did not fall toward the floor. I am hoping this adjustment remains stable."

Sunken bed

"As soon as we both sat on the bed, both of us sunk into the dead spots with no support. The mattress itself is great, but the frame was indeed minimal support and now we're not able to get a refund to send it back or at least exchange the frame and pay for the difference. Don't get this frame unless you want to sink in like Uncle Fester in the Addams family."

The frame is amazing and

"The frame is amazing and I’m so happy I finally got it. It doesn’t come with a box spring, but there are affordable bunkie boards out there, so it wasn’t that big of a deal to me. The shipping, however, was terrible. I got this frame because my last bedframe was cheap and broke on me. A few days before it broke, I noticed my previous frame was scratching up my floor because of how unstable it was, and decided to order this off of Brooklyn Bedding. It took a MONTH to actually arrive, contradicting the eta I got from here. When I tried to contact customer service, they kept telling me to wait until the next day to contact them again. Once it was actually shipped out though, it only took the usual 3-5 days. I don’t know why it took so long to get everything ready for shipping, and I’m upset that I got no help from customer service throughout this process. I will not be buying from here again because of this, and don’t recommend buying from here if you’re in a pinch. If you’re fine waiting up to a month for a bed frame, then I totally recommend this because it IS one of the best frames I’ve ever had, just terrible customer service and a terrible wait time."
