Yes, both our mattress protectors and mattress encasements are designed to be both easy care and hypoallergenic.

Are your mattress protectors and encasements washable?

Yes, all of our mattress protectors and encasements are machine washable. Simply machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

Will the mattress protector reduce breathability of the mattress?

While our mattress protectors and mattress encasements are constructed from highly breathable materials, some styles may have a slight impact on the overall breathability of your mattress—a small trade-off for superior protection against allergens and fluids.

Do you offer mattress protection specifically sized for RV mattresses?

At this time, we offer mattress protectors and mattress encasements in traditional mattress sizes only.

What is your return policy on protectors?

We offer a generous 30 day return on all mattress protectors for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

What is your warranty on protectors?

We offer a generous 3 year warranty on all mattress protector defects. For additional details, please contact our support team.

What's the difference between a mattress protector and an encasement?

A mattress protector slips onto the mattress like a fitted sheet. A mattress encasement encloses the entire mattress, typically using a zipper enclosure, to provide 360° protection for your bed.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.
