"The platform is working great. I'm still trying to get used to my new mattress and the platform. Not sure at this point but I may need to get my mattress to be a little more firm by placing a plywood board on my side of the be placed between the mattress and platform. Would that be a good or bad idea?"
"Frame arrived box torn up, missing hardware and taking forever to get replacement hardware. It’s been a month and nothing. They said on the 7th of July it was on its way? Customer service is not great! Rarely do u speak to an actual person, even if u leave a message they rarely call u back. They want u to use chat bot that never understands what your saying."

"I did my due diligence and read through the reviews before purchasing this foundation, but unfortunately I decided to give it a chance anyway. Big mistake. This bed frame is absolute garbage. I specifically purchased it because we also bought the mattress and I assumed the matching foundation would work better with it. Instead, it is extremely squeaky, feels flimsy, moves around like crazy, and just does not feel sturdy or well made at all. What I also didn’t realize is that the advertised 120-night trial does not include the bed frame/foundation. The return window for the frame is much shorter, which I wish had been made more obvious. And realistically, a bed frame is not something that is easy to return right away when you have to sleep on it every night. No one wants to dismantle their bed and sleep with their mattress on the floor while trying to figure out a replacement. By the time we decided we had had enough of it, we were outside the return window and now we’re out the money. We ended up purchasing a platform frame from Denver Mattress, and the difference is night and day. That frame is sturdy, quiet, and feels so much better made in comparison. Save yourself the frustration and listen to the 1-star reviews. I wish I had."

"I bought a Titan Elite King Mattress. Bought this frame specifically for the reviews. If you connect the two twin sized parts, the mattress overhangs 3-4 inches on each side, and it does not connect to King size headboards. I separated them so they would work with the headboard, and now every wing nut connector has become loose, which then makes the brace arms come off and makes the bed unstable. Do not recommend."
"Not sturdy. Its 2 bedframes that you bolt together and after 2 weeks, ita already loose. We will putting it in the guest room and getting a more durable frame. Do not recommend."

"It hasn't collapsed under king sized plank mattress and two sleepers, but the tool-less design leads to poor tightening of included wing nut fasteners. It rocks an uncomfortable amount forward and back with normal body shifting during use. I don't know if this was because of improper assembly (no real directions except for those printed on the box), or poor construction. It is a temporary solution and I will definitely be replacing it, which is a bummer because of the price. Construction is not as sturdy and robust as it looks."
