A mattress protector slips onto the mattress like a fitted sheet. A mattress encasement encloses the entire mattress, typically using a zipper enclosure, to provide 360° protection for your bed. Our Deep Pocket Mattress Protector is uniquely designed to fit any mattress depth, from a low profile 8” to a high profile 21”.

Are your mattress protection products hypoallergenic?

Yes, both our mattress protectors and mattress encasements are designed to be both easy care and hypoallergenic.

Are your mattress protectors and encasements washable?

Yes, all of our mattress protectors and encasements are machine washable. Simply machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

Will the mattress protector reduce breathability of the mattress?

While our mattress protectors and mattress encasements are constructed from highly breathable materials, some styles may have a slight impact on the overall breathability of your mattress—a small trade-off for superior protection against allergens and fluids.

Do you offer mattress protection specifically sized for RV mattresses?

At this time, we offer mattress protectors and mattress encasements in traditional mattress sizes only.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us (opens in a new window) with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

The quality is frankly not

"The quality is frankly not very good for the price point. There were other cheaper options and I was looking for quality over a bargain. It was not what I expected. The fabric is thin and flimsy and the elastic is not great either. I am not sure how great it is going to be in protecting my mattress. It replaced a ~10 year old mattress protector I had picked up at Marshall's for cheap. The old one is clearly superior in workmanship and materials. I would certainly trust my older protector over this new one. As for the fit, it is ok. It is not snug and needs to be adjusted every morning when I make the bed. It has deeper pockets than my 14" mattress and I knew that before I purchased. But, most of the reviews I read said it would fit my mattress. This one is on me, but beware if you don't have a deep mattress. I got this primarily because I thought, based on reviews, it would be more cooling than my old protector. So far, I can't tell the difference between my old and new. I gave this a 3-Star because it is "okay" if it were about half the price I paid for it."

How thick of a mattress can this Terry cloth protector be used on?: Hi Frank, the mattress protector can be used on a mattress up to 14 inches thick.
Is the King size cover sold out or does the Cal King fit the Aurora King mattress?: The King size mattress protectors are currently out of stock, but should be back in stock in the next couple of weeks.
