I sink into the pillow top just enough to feel comfy, but feel supported as well. I don’t know how they do it but it had very minimal off-gassing when I first received it. Hardly any smell at all which was a very pleasant surprise. I’m a hot sleeper and have had zero issues with being too hot so far.
