Are your pillows washable?

All of our pillow covers are washable. Simply remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend only spot cleaning the pillow insert.

What is your return policy on pillows?

We offer a generous 30 day return on all pillows for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Please Note: No returns or exchanges will be offered on clearance items.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

"Despite being listed as high profile, the pillow has been too flat for me, regardless of the side on which I sleep. Unfortunately I found no easy to initiate a return so I've had to use another pill or just to get a comfortable head elevation. The pillow is cooling and appears to be made of quality materials, but it has not solved my issue, meaning I'm still looking for one. The order process was seamless but again, I could not find an easy way to initiate a return for a product that doesn't work for me."

"I absolutely love the comfort and cooling of this pillow BUT I can't get rid of the chemical smell!!! I've done everything I can think of. Not only did i let the pillows air out once received i took the cover off rewashed it and left the pillows outside hoping the fresh air would help, it didn't. . . . ugh! Im so sad! In the morning my pajamas and my hair smells like the same chemical smell. These pillows aren't cheap (purchased 2 king size) and absolutely should not smell like this."

"While the pillow is definitely cooler than my previous pillow, I wouldn't say it's wonderful. Wonderful. It does allow me to sleep through the night without waking up. Feeling like my head's on fire, but that's about it. It's definitely always got to be flipped when I wake up. But not nearly as hot as other pillows. Certainly not worth the price. I probably would recommend getting a cooling gel pillowcase before I would get another. One of these are recommend it."
