"For me the pillow is too stiff & hard with all the stuffing. I have removed various amounts of stuffing as Plank advised, but cannot find a suitable solution for me. I bought this pillow because Consumer Reports rated it highly. I would not buy again. I can’t even use it."
""Cooling" cover isn't cooling for very long, gets hot quickly, and is so slippery that the pillow slides out of the case. Also, the item description makes it sound like they're sending you extra fill. They are not, and this pillow is too mushy for us without extra fill."
"I’ve been using this plank shredded foam pillow and am thoroughly impressed with the build quality and comfort. Right out of the box, the default loft was spot-on—I didn't need to remove or adjust any of the filling. It holds my head at a great angle throughout the night, providing the ideal balance of support. I'm usually very sensitive to chemical odors, but this had zero off-gassing smell upon unboxing. The outer cover is high quality, highly breathable, and maintains a neutral temperature all night without trapping heat or feeling cold. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their sleep setup."
"I ordered a king and a queen. The queen feels overstuffed and the king is under filled. Good quality, but the fill/fullness doesn't seem consistent. Keep shopping around, before you purchase any pillows."
"My experience are that the Premium Shredded Foam Pillows provide little to no support through the night. They look great, but after laying your head on them for a hour, no support. My old pillows stuffed with batting are much more supportive."
"Pillow is ok but your pillow cases slip of pillows while I’m sleeping. You need a bigger pocket sewed inside the pillow cases to stop that. Also you need zippers on the pillows them selves to reduce or increase firmness."
"I bought the pillow for my wife and we have never spent more than $50 on any in our house. I was skeptical when I ordered, I'll be honest. She loved it after the first night and especially loves that the outside is cold to the touch whenever she shifts during the night. We removed a few handfuls of stuffing after a week and will continue to monitor and experiment to get the optimal amount of fill for the best comfort."
"The pillows are heavy. I have difficulty putting the pillow cases on because of the weight. They don’t slide in. I have to push then in while keeping the case straight so it’s a struggle. The weight doesn’t make the pillows better or more comfortable though. So they aren’t better than my Temperpedic pillows. They are just hard to manage."
"I like the pillow. But for a large male that sleeps on his side there is not enough filling. For an expensive pillow, I don’t understand why they don’t provide more. In the morning I wake up and my neck hurts from laying on a too flat of a pillow. I reached out to inquire if more can be provided. Never got a response. My solution to this problem was to stuff my king size pillow into a queen size pillow case. It is a smaller pillow than what I purchased, but it works better for me now."
