Are your pillows washable?

All of our pillow covers are washable. Simply remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend only spot cleaning the pillow insert.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

Despite the setback, It is good to know if you are a side, back or stomach sleeper so Brooklyn Bedding can fulfill your restful needs appropriately. Monitor how you naturally sleep, whether upset, tired or plain restful; it makes a difference. Brooklyn Bedding makes nice sleep products. the pillow(s) just didn't work out."

The solid Talalay Latex Pillow

"The solid Talalay Latex Pillow provides great support so no more shoulder or neck pain, but if I lay on one side too long the outside of my ear has pressure pain (pain goes away within a few minutes though). I may try the shredded latex next time, but it sure is nice not having to fluff the pillow with the solid Talalay Latex Pillow. We are enjoying the quality of sleep we are getting with theses pillows."

"Love the pillow. The surface feel is perfect for me and the ability of the pillow to regain its shape every time you lift your head off the pillow is fabulous! Never have to turn the pillow over to get the support I need. Just as an FYI - I use a CPAP machine and I have never felt more comfortable sleeping."

"It got the smallest pillow but it’s still too thick so that it causes a stiff neck for me. Not sure why since I’m an average size person. The actual construction I love. It does not get hot like some pillows I have tried."

"I ordered 2 of these pillows with our new bed. I always sleep with the thicker pillows so I ordered the thick ones. After about a week, my neck and shoulders were killing me. I ordered the thin pillow and it was perfect. Only problem now is my wife has stolen the thin pillow. . . . . Definitely recommend."

I am actually in the

"I am actually in the middle of exchanging the high loft for a low loft as a side sleeper found it too high! The quality of the Talalay Latex is superb but I am disappointed in the rough Tencil pillow case! I am a huge fan of your Glaciotex bedding cover and am about to try your next iteration on the new bed I am ordering but this is exactly what you need to either combine with your pillows or separately sell pillow cases. I would absolutely pretty much buy at any price point your true cooling cover technology for your pillow case. You should know that I will remove your Tencil cover and find another cooling tech pillow case in the meanwhile."

There are a few things

"There are a few things that bother me with the pillow. I can feel the lumpy texture through the pillow case. (My previous Talalay pillows always had a smooth exterior finish. ) It isn’t as thick as I would like. I’m a side sleeper and I have to bunch it up a little to raise my head. Considering what I paid for it (over $300 for 2), I expected more."

I tried both the high

"I tried both the high loft and the low loft versions before sadly having to return both. I loved that there was no unpleasant smell and the quality of the encasement and the pillow foam itself is great and I found the springy feel appealing, in theory. Unfortunately, the high loft was pushed my neck up too much and the low loft didn’t provide enough support. I’m a “princess and the pea” IRL sleeper, so it has been quite a journey trying to find the right pillow, mattress, etc. I was very happy to be able to buy with confidence from Brooklyn Bedding and experienced top-notch service from the staff on the chat. Would definitely recommend this company and others in the 3Z brands family for service and quality products. You just have to find the right fit for your body."

I want a soft as opposed to firm pillow with a low loft, do you have that.
