How does the 365-night trial period work?

If during your 365-night sleep trial (which begins once you receive your new mattress), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to return it, we will help dispose of your mattress and help you begin your return.

Please allow 30 days to laps from the date of delivery before beginning the return process.

Customers are able to make use of this 365-night comfort trial on one occasion. The second occasion is not eligible for a return.

We do our very best to donate, recycle, or otherwise repurpose all returned mattresses.

Please contact us at support@brooklynbedding.com (opens in a new window) with “Return Request” in the subject line, and we will respond quickly to process your request.

Please Note: No returns or exchanges will be offered on clearance items.

Does Brooklyn Bedding offer financing for my order?

Yes, we are proud to offer financing options through our partnership with Affirm.

Financing with Affirm is fast, super easy, and lets you pay over a 3, 6, or 12 month period. Simply place your items in your cart and then proceed to checkout. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the ongoing supply chain shortages, some of our sleep products may take longer than usual to produce. Mattress production times have increased to between 5-12 business days.

We will send you a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

While it typically takes 3-5 business days for packages to be delivered via FedEx, due to overwhelming transportations demands, arrival times may vary.

Once your package has left our facility, you can check the status of your package by viewing the tracking information online or contacting the carrier directly with questions or concerns.

We provide FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all products to all contiguous U.S. States (48 states, excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska starts at $125 per mattress, $45 for accessories. Shipping to Canada is done via FedEx and starts at $250 per mattress, $65 for accessories. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are non-refundable.

Very good bed, though I

"Very good bed, though I think the original model has a better functionality. The elite model does not have edge support from the springs, the whole base is one spring firmness. The zoning comes from the layer of foam that's on top of the springs. I prefer a zoned spring system rather than a zoned piece of foam on top of non zoned springs. The non elite version is shorter, and has firm side springs so in function it will have better edge support. It's an amazing bed and far better than the helix twilight considering it's so much cheaper, but ultimately unless you're very heavy like 230+, I'd say get the LX non elite. Or even if you do weigh more than 230 just get the firm version of the original. LX model will just have a little more buoyancy. One thing is for sure I would recommend either the original thermobalance or the thermobalance lx over almost every other mattress on the market."

"With a mattress cover and a sheet on the bed, you can't feel the "cooling effect". You can without any covering on the mattress, but I want a mattress protector and a sheet on my bed. Also the "superior motion isolation" is not really a thing. You can feel when someone turns in bed, or gets out of the bed. There isn't really a description on what "superior motion isolation" is, so I guess that's my mistake. I guess I expected to much for what I paid."

Arrived on time. Heavy but

"Arrived on time. Heavy but not too heavy I couldn’t carry it upstairs and set up on my own. Doesn’t have a particularly bad smell once opened and aired out in a day. The topper is cool to the touch but not actively cooling while sleeping. Very comfortable with the soft top and firmer bottom. This is our second mattress from Brooklyn and we are happy. Other than paying 5k plus for an active cooling mattress this works well. I have purchased a water cooling pad and combo is excellent."
