"Very good bed, though I think the original model has a better functionality. The elite model does not have edge support from the springs, the whole base is one spring firmness. The zoning comes from the layer of foam that's on top of the springs. I prefer a zoned spring system rather than a zoned piece of foam on top of non zoned springs. The non elite version is shorter, and has firm side springs so in function it will have better edge support. It's an amazing bed and far better than the helix twilight considering it's so much cheaper, but ultimately unless you're very heavy like 230+, I'd say get the LX non elite. Or even if you do weigh more than 230 just get the firm version of the original. LX model will just have a little more buoyancy. One thing is for sure I would recommend either the original thermobalance or the thermobalance lx over almost every other mattress on the market."
