How does the 120-night trial period work?

If during your 120-night sleep trial (which begins once you receive your new mattress), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to return it, we will help dispose of your mattress and help you begin your return.

Please allow 30 days to laps from the date of delivery before beginning the return process.

Customers are able to make use of this 120-night comfort trial on one occasion. The second occasion is not eligible for a return.

Please note: there is a $99 return fee for all mattress returns to cover the cost of picking up your mattress. We do our very best to donate, recycle, or otherwise repurpose all returned mattresses.

Please Note: No returns or exchanges will be offered on clearance items.

Does Brooklyn Bedding offer financing for my order?

Yes, we are proud to offer financing options through our partnership with Affirm.

Financing with Affirm is fast, super easy, and lets you pay over a 3, 6, or 12 month period. Simply place your items in your cart and then proceed to checkout. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the ongoing supply chain shortages, some of our sleep products may take longer than usual to produce. Mattress production times have increased to between 5-12 business days.

We will send you a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

While it typically takes 3-5 business days for packages to be delivered via FedEx, due to overwhelming transportations demands, arrival times may vary.

Once your package has left our facility, you can check the status of your package by viewing the tracking information online or contacting the carrier directly with questions or concerns.

We provide FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all products to all contiguous U.S. States (48 states, excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska starts at $125 per mattress, $45 for accessories. Shipping to Canada is done via FedEx and starts at $250 per mattress, $65 for accessories. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are non-refundable.

We love it!

"We tried the signature hybrid mattress in a medium firmness and thought it was just a bit too stiff, the return was easy enough so we tried our luck with this much more expensive mattress in soft. This mattress has been wonderful! It did take us a minute to figure out the topper that ships with it zips in to the main mattress. Ever since we got it together though both my wife and I have been sleeping better and feeling less sore and more refreshed! The zoned foam really helps with back support. I can genuinely say I am excited to go to bed every night now! I don't know if this sentiment is from getting older but I'll give the credit to the mattress!"

For the price we paid, we really expected more!

"It's not very comfortable. like the other 3-star reviewer mentioned, there's just no WOW factor. There is no, "I'm so looking forward to drifting off to sleep in my wonderfully comfortable bed. " It's weirdly bouncy and does not seem to conform to the body or alleviate pressure points. It's just an odd mattress all around. We would not recommend this mattress or the other BB mattress we first tried, the Aurora Cloud. That one caved in a lot the middle. This one also does, but not as bad. And we have a bed frame that is fully supported with wooden slats and a steel center beam, so it is not a bed frame issue."
