Frequently Asked Questions

How does the 120-night trial period work?

If during your 120-night sleep trial (which begins once you receive your new mattress), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to return it, we will help dispose of your mattress and help you begin your return.

Please allow 30 days to laps from the date of delivery before beginning the return process.

Customers are able to make use of this 120-night comfort trial on one occasion. The second occasion is not eligible for a return.

Please note: there is a $99 return fee for all mattress returns to cover the cost of picking up your mattress. We do our very best to donate, recycle, or otherwise repurpose all returned mattresses.

Please contact us at support@brooklynbedding.com (opens in a new window) with “Return Request” in the subject line, and we will respond quickly to process your request.

Please Note: No returns or exchanges will be offered on clearance items.

Does Brooklyn Bedding offer financing for my order?

Yes, we are proud to offer financing options through our partnership with Affirm.

Financing with Affirm is fast, super easy, and lets you pay over a 3, 6, or 12 month period. Simply place your items in your cart and then proceed to checkout. When you arrive at the payments page, please select “Affirm” as your preferred payment method. (https://www.affirm.com/how-it-works (opens in a new window))

Go ahead and click on “Complete Order” (doing so will not place your order just yet). You will be directed to the financing application page. Please provide your name, phone number, email address, and the last four digits of your social security number.

It takes 30 seconds or less to get approved. Once approved you can choose whether you'd like to pay off your order in 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

If you are happy with the offered monthly payment and interest rate (which can be as low as 0% APR depending on your credit), go ahead and complete your order!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the ongoing supply chain shortages, some of our sleep products may take longer than usual to produce. Mattress production times have increased to between 5-12 business days.

We will send you a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

While it typically takes 3-5 business days for packages to be delivered via FedEx, due to overwhelming transportations demands, arrival times may vary.

Once your package has left our facility, you can check the status of your package by viewing the tracking information online or contacting the carrier directly with questions or concerns.

We provide FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all products to all contiguous U.S. States (48 states, excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska starts at $125 per mattress, $45 for accessories. Shipping to Canada is done via FedEx and starts at $250 per mattress, $65 for accessories. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are non-refundable.

If you'd like to inquire about other shipping destinations, please connect with us here. (opens in a new window)

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

We are working thru the

"We are working thru the mattress having a funky crown and a really soft corner. Mattress also transfers movement to and from my partner. It’s odd for a plush mattress to do that imo."

— JAMES T. (3/5)

We love it!

"We tried the signature hybrid mattress in a medium firmness and thought it was just a bit too stiff, the return was easy enough so we tried our luck with this much more expensive mattress in soft. This mattress has been wonderful! It did take us a minute to figure out the topper that ships with it zips in to the main mattress. Ever since we got it together though both my wife and I have been sleeping better and feeling less sore and more refreshed! The zoned foam really helps with back support. I can genuinely say I am excited to go to bed every night now! I don't know if this sentiment is from getting older but I'll give the credit to the mattress!"

— Matt (5/5)

For the price we paid, we really expected more!

"It's not very comfortable. like the other 3-star reviewer mentioned, there's just no WOW factor. There is no, "I'm so looking forward to drifting off to sleep in my wonderfully comfortable bed. " It's weirdly bouncy and does not seem to conform to the body or alleviate pressure points. It's just an odd mattress all around. We would not recommend this mattress or the other BB mattress we first tried, the Aurora Cloud. That one caved in a lot the middle. This one also does, but not as bad. And we have a bed frame that is fully supported with wooden slats and a steel center beam, so it is not a bed frame issue."

— Julie (2/5)

Most comfy sleep I've had

"We've been sleeping on this bed for a few months now, and I hate having to leave it in the morning. It's that comfy! We are sleeping better than ever."

— Joan H. (5/5)

I feel like the topper

"I feel like the topper is already dipping down where I lay"

— Barb E. (5/5)

So far we have been

"So far we have been very pleased with this mattress. Set up was very easy. I was able to sleep on it comfortably while pregnant and now while post partum and recovering from surgery. Quality is very good!"

— Megan S. (5/5)

It's okay. 3 inch foam

"It's okay. 3 inch foam piece on top already forming to body even though sleeping in multiple spots in bed."

— STEVEN Z. (3/5)

We love this bed!

"So good so far! We love a latex bed but it's been hard to find one that isn't too bouncy and doesn't smell. This one is so luxurious and comfy. We love it."

— Jane H. (5/5)

Forgive me guys, I'm not

"Forgive me guys, I'm not one to give unwelcome news, but the mattress is just . . . okay. I was expecting a WOW factor. Sorry."
