"The mattress is solid! No hip/shoulder pain coming from a Dreamcloud. I'd give a solid 5/5 if it weren't for the packaging. It's AWFUL! Just my mattress, shoved into a box. The box arrived open and nearly torn to shreds. I was genuinely concerned for the mattress I just spent so much on. After examination everything looks to have survived, yet if this were my business I would invest in addressing this issue."
"Setup was super easy after all the shrink wrap came off, I'd say it was a good investment, the only thing I wish was that the sides of the mattress were firmer so you don't slip out of bed when sitting on the edge getting dressed,etc. As far as firmness I'd say its more firm than plush even with the luxe edition. All i have to say is I hope it lasts because it was definitely expensive."
"My wife simply does not sleep. Between anxiety and other conditions, she has lost years off the end of her life to tossing and turning. While a mattress doesn't solve all those problems, it certainly has helped with most of her discomfort and she's been sleeping and sometimes even a whole night. "I bought this mattress and then injured my foot which caused me to be laid up for a month. Having this mattress made the recovery so much more comfortable. For years my hips hurt every night. I would with constantly switch sides at night to alleviate the hip pain. I would also experience shoulder pain from being a side sleeper. Now I have no shoulder pain and no hip pain. What I thought was pain from aging was actually pain from having the wrong mattress. Thank you very much for making this superior product. I finally have a good night sleep!!! it was well worth the investment!!!"
"Mattress is great! Customer service is a bit iffy, really hard to speak to an actual person. Even if u leave a message they rarely call u back. Hopefully I never need a warranty on the mattress? Had issues with the high rise frame. Missing parts."

"I’m 6 foot 5, 321 pounds, and a side/stomach hybrid sleeper. This is a great bed. Feels firm and supportive but provides cushion on my shoulders. I don’t wake up with numb extremities anymore. You sleep on top of it and don’t sink in. It also sleeps cool. I upgraded from a Titan basic mattress that was just too firm for a side sleeper. No regrets on this one. I also bought a bunkie board to put under the mattress to support the weight. It is heavy! Wife is 5’6” and 135 pounds and doesn’t mind it."
"Recd mattress about 3 weeks ago and noticeable improvement in lower back pain in the morning. Got the Elite model and top few inches are soft but firm underneath. I'm 215 and and feel like my spine is still adjusting to it. Side sleeper about 80% of the time and seems like it's easier to sleep on my back some."
