"Overall the mattress is really good but I most likely would not order any additional items due to my experience with the order process, shipping delays and overall experience working to resolve these issues timely. I am a bit disappointed in this experience and although the mattress seems like it is good quality and I really liked the story of the company, I would hesitate ordering any additional items in the future."
"Ordering was great - initially go order the wrong size mattresses (twin XL, instead of twin) - customer support was super kind and helpful, getting my current order swapped out and sent me back 2 twin mattresses with ease. We’ve installed them in our camper for the kids and they are so much more comfortable than those terrible bed mats that come with trailers. "The BB Kids mattress is a great mattress. I got it because of the safety standards for the materials, but I didn't expect it to be so comfortable and so light! You might think that because it is relatively thin and light as compared to some other mattresses that it would be less comfortable, but it is very comfortable. It is more comfortable than the higher-end thicker and heavier mattress it is replacing. It is so easy to change the sheets, it is ideal in a loft or bunk bed because it is easy to lift up and it is not too thick. Even an adult can lay on it and it is comfortable. This is a mattress my daughter will be comfortable on for a long time and I am comfortable with the safety of her environment! PLUS great customer service."

"Got the BB kids bed for my 2 year old, since her crib was starting to look way too cramped for her. She's loves her new bed, and she sleeps wonderfully throughout the night. Obviously my 2 year old doesn't have the vocabulary just yet to give me a full breakdown of what she likes about the new sleeping arrangement. Not only is it a new mattress, but it's a new frame that she can climb in and out on her own now, and the twin size is much larger than her old crib mattress. She's been very positive on the new setup, so I feel confident that there's no issues with the new mattress. From my point of view, the mattress was a good price (we bought during the Memorial Day discounts), it arrived quickly, was very easy to get set up and installed on the wooden frame we bought. So I was happy with the buying experience, and my daughter seems happy with sleeping on it. Five stars."
