What is the difference between the memory foam model and the hybrid model?

The main difference is in their construction. The memory foam model is entirely made up of layers of high-quality foams, offering a conforming feel that relieves pressure points. The hybrid model combines high-quality foams with a supportive coil system, providing targeted support and enhanced pressure relief. Many sleepers find that the hybrid offers better pain relief, especially for the back, hips, and shoulders. Your choice will depend on your personal comfort and support preferences.

What is the height of the CopperFlex® mattress?

How much weight will the mattress support?

All Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are designed to support up to 950 pounds. If you or your sleep partner weigh more than 300 pounds—and prefer more substantial support—you can check out the Titan Plus Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding here.

Are your mattresses flippable?

Most Brooklyn Bedding mattresses should be rotated every 6 to 8 months but never flipped (or inverted). Our mattresses are designed with comfort layers on top and support layers on bottom, including individually encased coils in hybrid models. We also use higher quality materials that last much longer than traditional mattresses. The exceptions to the “no flip” rule are the Plank Firm and Plank Firm Luxe mattresses by Brooklyn Bedding. These mattresses are designed with varying firmness levels on either side of the mattress and can be flipped to customize your sleep experience.

How much does the CopperFlex® weigh and what are its dimensions?

The weight of the mattress and its dimensions vary by selection. The Copperflex® weighs between 55-100 pounds.

What type of foundation works best for this mattress?

Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are designed to be used on foundations with solid support with minimal to no flex. This includes slatted wood or metal foundations with slats no more than 4" apart, wood or metal box foundations, and solid wood or metal platforms. How does the 120-night trial period work?

If during your 120-night sleep trial (which begins once you receive your new mattress), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to return it, we will help dispose of your mattress and help you begin your return. 

Please allow 30 days to laps from the date of delivery before beginning the return process.

Customers are able to make use of this 120-night comfort trial on one occasion. The second occasion is not eligible for a return.

Please note: there is a $99 return fee for all mattress returns to cover the cost of picking up your mattress. We do our very best to donate, recycle, or otherwise repurpose all returned mattresses.

Do your mattresses have any safety certifications?

Every Brooklyn Bedding mattress is assembled in our Arizona facility, allowing us to ensure the highest quality every single time. Our mattresses are GREENGUARD Gold Certified and made with CertiPUR-US certified foams, which guarantees they are made without any harmful chemicals including ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and have extremely low impact on indoor air quality.

I hesitated on getting this

"I hesitated on getting this mattress. Worried I was buying something, site unseen and wasn't going to like it. That I was going to spend money and find out, I measured wrong or that it was going to be as bad as the other RV mattresses. And then, I laid on it. And my goodness was it wonderful. My wife and I both have bad backs and knees from our days in the army and working for the government. But this mattress has made taking the RV out so much more enjoyable again. Now we need to get some for the kids bunks. Wonderful experience. If you are hesitating, don't. Get yourself a 12 inch copperflex with the cooling gel if you run hot like my wife does. You will not regret it."

Not as firm as expected.

"I think the medium firmness mattress was recommended for me. Website claims that this is good for stomach sleepers, which gave me the impression that it is a firmer mattress. A little disappointed that it is NOT. But that fault partially falls on me because I should have called to confirm prior to ordering. The fabric is very soft and stitching appears to be high quality. The mattress is heavy enough to be supportive yet light enough for the hydraulics on my lift bed. My old mattress was an ultra firm from a different store and I could sit on the corner edge as if I were sitting down on a chair, but with this Brooklyn Bedding mattress, if I try to sit on the corner, I roll off. Because this mattress is not as firm as my old one, I find it takes more effort to get out of bed and to adjust my body while laying in bed. I knew it wasn't going to be as firm as my old one. So it is just going to take some getting used to."

"I bought this mattress for my mom. Being in her 90s, her comfort is more important to me than she claims for her self. Ordering was easy. When I questioned myself about what I ordered, the friendly staff set me right. The package arrives promptly as expected. Setup was as simple as dumping it from the box, removing the wrapping, then opening the vacuum sealed bag. No real assembly needed. Just dropped it onto the bed frame. My mother loves the mattress and said she has not slept this well in a while."

"Medium is a bit more firm than expected and took some time to properly break in. I sleep in all positions but this is not a bed that you can comfortably side-sleep for long periods of time. For the price it is alright, time will tell though."

I’m surprised at how much

"I’m surprised at how much pain I’m still having with this mattress. After reading all the reviews it just doesn’t make sense. I have Fibromyalgia among other health issues and this isn’t hitting the mark. I’ve been using it a month now. Needed to wait for someone to remove old mattress and set up new one for me."
