"I was very disappointed with this mattress, especially considering all the great reviews. We noticed the edges sag noticeably. Sitting or sleeping near the sides feels unsupported, and getting in and out of bed is much less comfortable than it should be. A premium mattress should maintain its shape and support across the entire surface. Unfortunately, the sagging has affected both comfort and confidence in the product's long-term performance. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a durable, high-quality bed, particularly if edge support is important to them."

I made several attempts to make contact and check on the shipment date and a possible delivery date but I never was able to speak to anyone. However, once I received the mattress and was able to use it, it was amazing. It was such a good mattress, I will be ordering one for home as well."
